Reuleaux Triangular Mop

We chose the Reuleaux triangular design for one reason — to clean better. Traditional round pads leave small gaps, so we reimagined the shape to reach every corner. But the triangular design introduced a new challenge. When both pads spun in the same direction, vibration and imbalance occurred. After extensive testing, we perfected a counter-rotation and structural balance system, allowing both pads to move in harmony.

Dual Water Tank

To perfect the mop-washing system, a dual-tank design proved essential. With this breakthrough, our first prototype set a new benchmark in industrial design. From prototype to mass production, the journey took 26 months and resulted in 163 patented innovations. The final design seamlessly combined functionality, simplicity, and elegant form.

Zero-Tangling Roller Brush

For over twenty years, roller brushes were expected to tangle — rubber brushes resisted hair but hit the floor too hard, while bristle brushes cleaned deeply but caught everything. At Narwal, we drew inspiration from Archimedes' Screw Principle — A turning spiral lifts material from low to high. We applied the same logic to air and debris: each rotation of the brush channels suction and motion in one continuous lift, separating hair before it can tangle. The result — no tangles, no damage, just effortless precision.

Aerodynamic Passive Noise Reduction System

Our fan system boosts airflow without adding noise by rethinking sound itself. Inspired by noise-canceling headphones, we created a passive aerodynamic design that cancels noise with air, not electronics. Precisely engineered acoustic ducts guide and delay sound waves, allowing them to offset each other naturally — softening harsh tones and creating a calm, balanced sound.

Dual RGB Cameras & Dual Chips Spatial Perception System

We believe next-gen home robots should see, think, and act like humans. Most robots rely on LiDAR plus a single camera — effective for distance, but limited in understanding real-world objects. Inspired by automotive pure-vision systems, we brought true binocular vision into the home. Our dual-RGB, dual-chip architecture uses two ultra-wide cameras for human-eye-like depth, powered by an on-device NPU for scene understanding and a main processor for geometry and motion — no cloud delay, no privacy risk. The system recognizes 200+ household objects and perceives real 3D space, enabling precise avoidance, smarter decisions, and faster, more reliable cleaning.

Dust Self-empty System

Traditional docks often collect dust immediately after cleaning — leaving behind residues, odors, and noise. Our system works differently: it first dries the dust box to prevent moist debris from sticking or contaminating the box and ducts. After collection, the dust bag recieves 45 °C warm-air drying, keeping it dry and hygienic.

Flow

Flow’s ultra-low profile glides effortlessly under furniture, while its smooth, unified surfaces reduce visual clutter and exposed seams. A linear track-and-cleaning module aligns every component for precise cleaning, stable movement, and easy maintenance. This intentional design unites performance and elegance, achieving a seamless balance between power and refined engineering.

FlowWash Mopping System

Traditional mops leave residue and require manual cleaning. Our FlowWash system sprays, scrubs, senses dirt, and locks wastewater automatically. The Track Mop delivers hand-like cleaning with a flat surface and 12N of pressure, remaining smooth and tangle-free for full-contact, deep cleaning with every pass.

Dynamic Detangling Side Brush

During development, we found a common user frustration: side brushes struggle to reach deep corners and easily get tangled with hair.  So we designed a side brush that tackles both problems at once. Our side brush uses a movable bristle that automatically reverses rotation to extend its radius when it senses a corner. When spinning backward, the two bristles fold together, pushing off any wrapped hair, which is then guided into the main brush for collection.
